Founder and CEO of Secolve
Laith is the founder and CEO of Secolve, Australia’s next generation OT focused cyber security firm aiming to protect the nations critical infrastructure, working closely with organisations to bridge the gap between security and OT.
During his time in the cyber security space Laith has become passionate about understanding what causes organisations to fall victim to cyber-attacks and working with security and IT teams to overcome challenges faced to help them uplift their security. Through his journey Laith got to understand the criticality that lies in OT environments and industrial control systems and identified the need for an OT focused cyber security firm that works closely with organisations to help identify and address its OT risks and threats.
In addition, Laith is the Sydney Branch Chair for the Australian Information Security Association. His role includes running monthly branch events with the group hosting up to 250 attendees per event, helping encourage younger talents and increasing the association's member base. In 2019 Laith was awarded the Sydney Branch volunteer award as the person providing exemplary service as a Sydney AISA volunteer that has had a positive impact on the AISA membership community.
